Hi there,
I am a late 40,s (almost 50!!) typical South African male who loves his country and off course an avid rugby fan.
More of a glass half full than empty person and enjoy Cape Town in all its beauty and opportunities within the film industry.
MY EXPERIENCE:
My entry into the film industry was by chance hearing from family about being “background in film” and TV.
Since then from humble beginnings I have developed into features and also an acting role on a well known SA series (Wyfie) which aired on Showmax and then went to DSTV.
Additional roles I have performed on a set included featured (LinkedIN UK), on set driving and also body double in a US film and also doing stand-in work and a small feature (await editing) on Huntington (2024) and One Piece (2024).
The stand-in experience taught me the technical side behind the scenes.
I thoroughly enjoy being on set and especially my time on local (small set) and International sets, working close to International and local stars and learning set protocol and the process of film.
Due to my experience I have acquired quite a skill set and also have grown into being comfortable on camera and would not shy away from any challenge.
HOBBIES :
Walking, swimming, can cycle , play pool and Snooker and even had a nice day playing ten pin bowling on an advert!
