Zizikazi is a media and psychology student at the University of the Western Cape. She is an actress, published writer, poet, radio presenter for Udubs radio, a public speaker and a mentor. As an actress, she has performed at Baxter, Artscape as well as in her community with the Thandolwethu actor group at the age of 14 to 17 years of age. Her beautiful personality, energy and stage experience drive her passion for performance. She started her writing career in 2005, at the age of 10 years. She wrote short plays for school activities.
She's always been inspired by her grandparent's stories they told. This activated her ability of imagination and building of characters as the stories were told to her at a very young age. This groomed her to be a good creative that she is today.
She grew up in a small town known as Tsomo, in the Eastern Cape. She has one sibling, a sister that is six years older than her, that she has always looked up to in terms of self discipline, respect and responsibility. She is a very free spirited woman, who is a Nonconformist, Sapiosexual and a leader.
In the recent years she lost both her parents, but this didn't discourage her to soldier on and fulfill her dreams of becoming a story teller and a mental doctor. She also wanted to inspire, give hope to those that are going through the same, she also believes that anything is possible as long as one puts their energy and mind to it. She is resilient, resourcesful, confident, intelligent young woman who constantly wants to learn new skills in life.
Her late father was a chief in a small town called KwaNgceza in Tsomo, she is royal, and that's how she got her name, that is also a clan name.
Later in her life, it was brought to her attention that she is also spiritually gifted, a calling that is known by many (ubungoma). She is a Christian, too.
