Sport
I am an avid sports enthusiast with a deep-rooted passion for competitive athletics. My journey
in sports began with cricket, which I played for 12 years, followed by a dedicated 17-year rugby
career. After high school, I continued playing rugby as a scrumhalf for Brackenfell Rugby Club
until 2023.
Following my rugby career, I transitioned into natural bodybuilding, where I’m currently
preparing for my first competition in 2025. I also play action netball in the mixed league,
showcasing my versatility and competitive spirit across various sports disciplines.
My background in high-intensity sports has shaped me into a disciplined, driven, and teamoriented
individual—qualities I bring into every aspect of my life.
Skills
My love for sports extends to coaching—I currently coach rugby for children aged 2-13, fostering
the next generation of athletes. Beyond sports, I have a knack for working on cars and enjoy
cooking, combining practical skills with creativity and precision.
Additionally, I have a strong connection to the outdoors, having attended a school based on a
farm. This experience taught me valuable skills and the ability to handle various tasks required
in a farm setting.
I teach people in the gym industry about dieting, customized workout programs, and
supplement strategies. Outside the gym, I love outdoor activities like surfing and bike riding,
embracing an active and adventurous lifestyle.
Passions
I have a deep passion for working with children, especially teaching them rugby. My role goes
beyond coaching—it’s about building meaningful connections and fostering their growth both
on and o the field. Seeing them develop skills and confidence is incredibly rewarding.
Fitness is another major passion of mine. The gym challenges me physically, emotionally, and
mentally, pushing me to become the best version of myself. I enjoy working with people and
take pride in helping others unlock their potential.
Equally important to me is my spiritual journey. Being spiritually fit is just as essential as being
physically strong, and I’m committed to seeking growth in both areas of life.
